within that time, we can take you on a case by case basis. Of course, we do accept payment in full as well. Products or equipment you want to purchase yourself can be added to a build for a small work fee. As for going on site,, we do not charge by the hour and only ask for a $30 on-site fee, no strings attached. To lower the price of a product, we accept trade-ins of older machines and electronics to not only help improve our stock, but save you money at check out. Warranty - Due to the nature of the products and services BPCTR provides, our customers can rest assured knowing that all devices and hardware sold are covered by a free one-year warranty and can be extended for a fee after that year, which is proportional to the device's value at the time of expiration. Damage’s- As for products or equipment damaged by BPCTR technicians, a free repair is issued. Unrepairable products during this event will be replaced at no cost to the customer. In the event that a product is damaged intentionally by the customer, the product is no longer covered under any company policy. This, however, can be disputed, and a compromise can be reached.
