Responsibilities
โข This position will report directly to the Director of Sales and lead the development of an elite sales team
โข Reports to: Director of Sales
โข Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to secure new healthcare clients, leveraging your network of senior leaders and decision-makers
โข Build a robust pipeline of prospects, focusing on permanent and temp-to-perm placements
โข Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare executives and facility leaders, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
โข Sales Ex*****on: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets
โข Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving market demands to position Knittech Health as a trusted partner
โข Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business
