Technology can be a great tool in the work force - it also has the power to take over our lives. As a quick reminder - reset your mind every once in a while by evaluating the efficiency use of technology in your everyday life. Have you developed unhealthy habits of checking your phone? Are you losing real human interaction skills? Now is the time to balance yourself and keep technology and a healthy life-style in check!
Here are some helpful tips:
1. Minimize and/or turn off notifications from less priority apps/emails.
2. Set your phone in a desk or away from your view while at home.
3. Don't check your phone while eating - instead make it a point to engage with other people.
