A website should do more than explain what someone does.

It should make the mission clear.

Coach Chris Ortiz is an educator, speaker, author, podcaster, coach, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with a powerful goal: bringing the confidence, discipline, resilience, and leadership developed through jiu-jitsu into public education.

The challenge was bringing all those parts of his story together without losing the human being behind them.

We built CoachOrtiz.com as a focused digital platform that:

• Establishes his credibility as an educator and speaker
• Connects his books, podcast, media appearances, and lived experience
• Gives his Jiu-Jitsu in Education initiative a clear home
• Creates an easy path for schools, organizations, and event planners to connect

Each part of the site supports the same larger idea: meaningful experiences can shape stronger students, stronger leaders, and stronger communities.

This was more than a website project. It was about creating a platform capable of helping an important mission move forward.

A playful brand deserves a digital experience with just as much personality.

For our latest project feature, we’re highlighting the website JHFX Design created for Chiller Bee Frozen Yogurt—a family-owned Texas business built around creativity, community, and a warmer alternative to the typical national chain.

The goal was to bring Chiller Bee’s cheerful “hive” personality online while making the practical details easy to find.

The website experience was designed to:

• Put the bright, welcoming brand front and center
• Help visitors explore flavors and toppings
• Make five Texas locations easy to find
• Share the family story behind the business
• Create a consistent experience across desktop and mobile
