Trinity Link will be completing final network equipment upgrades on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

During this maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions to your internet and related services as we perform these necessary improvements to enhance the reliability and performance of our network.

Once the maintenance has been completed, if you are still experiencing service issues on Thursday, please reboot your router and network equipment. If problems persist after rebooting, please contact our support team for assistance.

Back online as of 610pm

Update 515pm - Fiber crews are repairing fiber and will be splicing shortly. Estimated time for restoration is 8:07pm

Update 1145am - Fiber damage has been located, splicers in route to repair damaged area. ETR - 6PM.

We are aware of an outage that is affecting the majority of our customers at this time. Our provider has a damaged fiber circuit and is actively working to repair this issue. As of right now there is no estimated time of restoration. As past outages have shown, I would venture to say 10 hours until service is restored. Please check here for updates and I will keep this post updated the best I can.

Our main upstream provider just notified us regarding a maintenance window that starts at 9pm and ends at 5am between tonight thru the next 10 days. Please bear with us as we will most likely have several periods with no internet services. Our backup provider still isn't working correctly; however, we are working on it now.

After 5 years of doing fiber, we are finally connected with our second provider for our main network. This ensures a reliable connection for you, our customers!

Trinity Link is now offering a 2.5Gb/s plan for $90/month. Upgrades started this past week! Our current service offerings are:
$90/month - 2.5Gb/s
$75/month - 1Gb/s
$50/month - 500mb/s

You will also notice that our installers are wearing our new shirts!

Update 9:45pm - phone tower service has been restored, our fiber should be back up any time now.

Update 7:30pm - fiber was broken by oversized load at Loop 207 and Hwy 146, they are on site now trying to repair. Id still guess midnight to 1am for restoration.

Update 5pm - 7/29/25
Fiber is damaged between Houston and provider again. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience, we have 2 additional providers we are working with in order to alleviate these issues. The soonest that we can connect to another provider is end of August, but we have been working on it since April. As you know, these damages usually cause us to go out for a minimal of 8 hours. I will update as I can, thank you!

Services have now been restored - 3:01pm

Update 1:05pm - Fiber was damaged by construction crews in Houston while repairing a secondary circuit across town. Current ETR is 6pm.

At 1030am, our fiber was damaged by our upstream provider while they were doing repairs to another circuit. They are actively trying to remedy the situation, I will update as Im updated.

06/16/2025

Update 4:10pm - We finished drilling and called our upstream provider to find out that there were two breaks between Houston and Channelview at 4am this morning. They are finishing repairs and services will be restored shortly.

Aware of outage, had to go to town in order to get service and updates. There is a break in the fiber from our provider, would expect around 4pm for restoration. Will update after we finish drilling this afternoon.

Update 336pm:
Praise God, we are back online!

Update 1035am:
Fiber from provider was vandalized, it was cut and attempted to be stripped by the appearance of the damages. Our provider has provided a new ETR of 3:57pm due to having to replace the large section that was pulled down. We apologize for this inconvenience!

Provider is down, went down at around 4am, which typically means the repair will be completed by noon to 1pm. I will update as I am updated...

We are aware of the outage and will update as soon as we know the issue.

Delayed update:
It is power related, I just hooked up a generator. I will transfer back to regular power at 1030pm when Centerpoint finishes, so prepare for outage at that time as well.
