Aware of the issues, will have it back up and running shortly. Please bear with us as we are short handed and dont have a customer service person to update people at this time.

My apologies for the slower download speeds at this time. It is a larger issue going on upstream and they are working diligently to get this remedied as quickly as possible. There is a small chance that we may become disconnected briefly as they do these repairs. This is effecting both of our upstream providers right now. They estimate the time to complete the needed repairs is 11pm tonight.

Trinity Link will be completing final network equipment upgrades on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

During this maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions to your internet and related services as we perform these necessary improvements to enhance the reliability and performance of our network.

Once the maintenance has been completed, if you are still experiencing service issues on Thursday, please reboot your router and network equipment. If problems persist after rebooting, please contact our support team for assistance.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve your services.

Respectfully,

Trevor L. White
