Got a themed event coming up? Level up your invitation game with an animated digital invite! Give your guests a taste of what’s to come with a 30-second trailer that will automatically get them hooked. An animated invitation efficiently presents the details of your event and encourages your invited guests to come in a more unique and fun way.

Animated digital invites can be as simple as a single page with a flat background or themed with multiple pages and background music like the one below (Some parts have been changed for privacy purposes). Shout out to Mary Eder Delos Reyes for trusting me with this project. I had so much fun with it!

Finally folded the laundry sitting on that chair for 3 weeks? Yay to you! Got out of bed without hitting snooze? Congratulations! Ate 3 full meals today instead of skipping breakfast? Awesome job!

Let's not forget that you deserve to celebrate all the wins in your life, no matter how big or small. Whether its's a big promotion at work or not being late for 3 days straight, all victories are meant to be celebrated. So tell me, what's one win you want to celebrate today?

Tranquility, the state of being calm, serene, worry-free.

Have you taken any time this week to be in such a state? Have you given yourself a chance to experience a sense of peace?

If you haven't, I'm here to remind you to take five minutes of your day to take deep breaths, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing. Notice the sensations you feel in your body. The way the fabric of your clothing touches your skin. Feel grounded. Focus on the way your feet are touching the floor. Listen to your surroundings. Hear the whirring of the vents of the air conditioner.

Relax.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Happy Wednesday! It's mid-week; how are we all doing? By this time, we are all probably thinking one of two things: "How is it already Wednesday?" Or "I can't wait for the weekend to come already."

Focus. Breathe. Let's wind-down and focus on the present. It can feel overwhelming when time flies, but it is equally stressful to wait for the future.

Let's take a deep breath and focus on our surroundings. What noises do you hear? What colors do you see? What emotions do you feel? What scents do you smell?

Breathe in and wind-down. Relax.

Being thoughtful, as defined by Merriam-Webster, is meditative or characterized by careful reasoned thinking.

In today's bustling world, we often forget to pause and take a moment to be consciously present. We go to work, and instead of experiencing full awareness, we subconsciously operate without much thought.

So today, I want you to take a moment to take a deep breath and be aware of two things: what's going on around you and what's going on within you. Take a moment to be thoughtful of your surroundings and of yourself. Breathe.
