Day 2 of Hilton Head 2020: breakfast at . We all loved the South Carolina Omelet- jumbo lump crab, shrimp and pepper jack cheese wrapped in an omelet and smothered in a lobster cream sauce, served with crispy, carmelized hash browns. Kids enjoyed their fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit. Enough food leftover for breakfast the next day!

For dinner, we celebrated hubby’s birthday at the landmark - which is on the water and has the freshest shrimp on the island! We love their jumbo lump crabcake and tiny, crunchy hushpuppies! Their shellfish is always super fresh in delicious! But the star of the show this year was the Mud Pie, with cappuccino ice cream, chocolate fudge and a crispy Oreo cookie crumb crust.

Birthday Monday: we celebrated Kyle’s birthday with dinner at the freshest fork in Hilton Head Island. Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks has shrimp delivered directly from the ocean to their docks and their food is divine. We started with their tiny hushpuppies, giant shrimp cocktail, jumbo lump crabcake and PEI Mussels in a buttery sauce so delicious we almost ordered noodles so as to not let any go to waste. For dinner, we shared the daily fresh fish and a broiled seafood platter with soft-shell crab, shrimp, scallops, fish and fried oysters. We finished the feast with a decadent mud-pie! As always, it was delicious!

Sunday Vibes: we left at 7am and drive to our favorite family destination, Hilton Head Island, Sourh Carolina. After a smooth 12-hour drive, we unpacked our stuff and went to dinner at our favorite restaurant, Skullcreek Boathouse. We ordered two spicy tuna rolls, lots of nigiri and a latin-inspired ceviche with bay scallops. As always, it was delicious!! Skull Creek Boathouse
