Recently we experienced issues with outgoing email service for our customers who have emails hosted by Microsoft - Outlook, Live, Hotmail, MSN, passport.com, windowslive.com, AOL, Yahoo and Google's - Gmail.com
Changes implemented by Microsoft and Google made a some of our emailed invoices either not deliverable at all or ended up in a spam folder. We are working on adjustments and workarounds on our end to make sure all the emails get delivered to our clients, but here are some steps you can help us with:
1) If you find Mojavewifi.com email in your spam folder, please mark it as "NOT A SPAM"
2) If you receive an email from [email protected] with your monthly invoice in your inbox, please do NOT mark it as a SPAM. Email services are keeping track of emails marked as a spam and tend to star filtering them from future deliveries.
3) If you missed your monthly payment because you were waiting for your invoice to show up in your inbox, but it never did, the system will most likely automatically suspend your service. If that is your case, please visit our website - Mojavewifi.com and click the orange button "PAY MY BILL" in the center of the page. That will take you to your customer portal where you can see your invoice and make the payment. After successful payment, the system will automatically restore your service within a minute or two.
