MAPA Tech Services is looking for a Level 1 Deskside Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong.

📍 Location: Hong Kong
📅 Start Date: 30 March
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📄 Employment Type: Full-Time (Freelance Contract)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related equipment
• Ensure smooth IT operations and escalate issues when required

Requirements
✔ Previous experience in IT support or a similar role preferred
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Business-level English & Mandarin / local language required
