Hi to all- I'm working on a new project now, designed for those selling their homes and the realtors trying to sell them. It's called the HomeTour DVD- it's a DVD containing up to 25 pictures of your home, landscaping, etc., all arranged in a cross-dissolve montage, with a CNN-style news ticker across the bottom that contains text describing your home, town, school district, or whatever you want to talk about that could help to sell your home. And all with a nice jazz soundtrack. The idea is to have the DVD playing on your flatscreen TV while you are out and there's a showing going on- that way, the potential buyer can learn more about your home during the showing.

And for an smaller additional charge, I can also set it up as a streaming media file to be hosted on my server for 3 months- great for those out-of-state potential home buyers.

I'm not married to the asking price yet- I'm going to get some feedback from a few realtors to see if that price point is feasible. I may drop it some if appropriate. Thanks for looking!

Hi all- I'm putting the finishing touches on an awesome new Flash demo that melds an actor against a bluescreen that is keyed out to show the background (elements created in Flash and Photoshop) which interact seamlessly with the actor. Can't really say the product or show it until it goes public, but it is VERY cool. Stay tuned.....
