From day one (literally… when she showed up to the office and we accidentally forgot to mention we were all working at the rodeo 😅), Kristine jumped right in and we’ve held on tight ever since. As our Brand Designer, Kristine somehow manages to do everything exceptionally well. Project management, team leadership, rebrands, marketing strategy… you name it, she delivers. A true Jane of all trades and master of them all.
Our clients don’t just appreciate her, they rave about her. Time and time again, we hear how much of a gem she is and what an incredible asset she is to their work and to our team. Her peers look up to her and appreciate her guidance no matter the task!

Today we're celebrating 2 years of our wonderful Web Designer, Emily! She keeps our websites looking sharp and keeps our team connected as our go-to Social Chair, always planning the next outing or event that brings everyone together ( !). Her clients? Let’s just say the fan mail pouring in for Emily is real. At this point, she might have a bigger fan base than BTS… wait, what do you mean it doesn’t stand for "Build To Scale"? 🎶 😂 Thank you for two years of creativity, care, and making Reach a better place to be. We’re so glad you’re on this team!

Today we’re celebrating someone who has been part of Reach since the very beginning, Kristine Gonzalez, our Director of Web, AI and Automation! From the early days of building our first websites in HTML (by hand!) at INBOUND 2014 to now leading the way in automation and AI solutions for both our team, our clients, and our industry, she has helped shape what Reach is today! Along the way, she’s grown with the company, pushed us forward, and constantly found ways to make our work (and us!) smarter and better. She’s also responsible for plenty of smiles around here thanks to her contagious laugh and her very public loyalty to a certain baseball team that she loves… but that the rest of us are definitely not allowed to make fun of. 😂

Thank you for being part of the journey from day one and for continuing to help us pivot as technology evolves. We’re lucky to have you on this team and we know our clients love you too! Happy 12th Anniversary, Kristine!

Working with her husband, in-laws and community fans, our team came together to support and celebrate Kelly for how she has shown up for our community. We’re delighted to be celebrating a truly special milestone for our amazing office manager today - it’s BJ’s 79th birthday! We gathered at Broadway Pizza Bar, shared some delicious pizza and a celebratory cannoli, and took a moment to honor the man who does so much behind the scenes for all of us.

For those who might not know the full extent of his magic, he’s the one who keeps our snacks always stocked, our books in order, and our invoices running smoothly. He greets everyone at the door with a warm “¡Hola!” and a cheerful spirit that truly brightens our day. His dedication, from practicing his Spanish to making everyone feel at home, is truly appreciated by all of us.

So here’s to you BJ! A heartfelt thank you for being the heart and soul of our office. We appreciate everything you do and hope this year brings you as much joy as you bring to all of us.

Thanksgiving always reminds us how lucky we are. Lucky to do work that matters. Lucky to support people and organizations who make our community stronger. Lucky to do it all with a team like ours. We celebrated our annual Reachgiving this year with a feast at Adega Gaucha Brazilian Grill (yes… all the meats 😍). Wishing everyone a warm and joyful filled with good company and good food. 🦃✨
