Meet our staff!

Josh Davis joined PCSB Consulting in 2022 as a Post Sales Support Specialist. He focuses in providing business ready transformations from premise-based phone systems to advanced cloud-based "as a service" voice solutions. These solutions provide voice, fax, text messaging, audio and video conferencing, and team collaboration so you can be more productive in the office and on the go. Josh works predominantly on providing support throughout the sale, installation, and maintenance of the phone system throughout the term of the contract. Pryor to joining PCSB, Josh was an Executive Chef and GM in fine dining restaurants focusing on customer care and detail in product. In his spare time Josh enjoys spending time with his daughters, wife, and the occasional Top Golf.

Meet our staff! Kristin Welch joined PCSB Consulting in 2019 after working in teaching and customer support. She specializes in offering structure & support during and post-sale, including project management and billing. She primarily focuses on data products, assisting with various internet and security solutions to meet and exceed customers’ needs. Kristin is passionate about providing a world-class customer experience, and prides herself on building relationships and being a consistent extension of the customer’s support team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, being outdoors, and trying out new restaurants.

Meet our staff! Anna Davis joined Terri in the foundation of PCSB Consulting in 2017 as an Operations Manager and post-sale support specialist. She specializes in providing turn-key transformations from premise-based phone systems to advanced cloud-based "as a service" voice solutions. These solutions provide voice, fax, text messaging, audio and video conferencing, and team collaboration so you can be more productive in the office and on the go. Anna focuses predominantly on providing support throughout the sale, installation, and maintenance of the phone system throughout the term of the contract. She prides herself on the relationships she has built with her customers and currently manages 3000+ extensions on AT&T Office@Hand with customers in a variety of business sectors nation-wide. In her spare time Anna loves spending time with her daughters, husband, and two dogs.

Meet our staff! We want to take a moment to introduce you all to our president, Terri Anito! Terri founded PCSB Consulting in 2017. She has been designing, programming, implementing, and training customers on voice and data platforms for over 20 years. She began her career in telephony in 1997 and joined the BellSouth team in 2003 as a Solutions Architect. Terri continued after the merger with AT&T as a Technical and Applications Specialist supporting AT&T Enterprise customers. Terri is an expert on legacy and IP voice platforms and specializes in migrating customers to the latest in Unified Communication solutions. During her career, she has successfully implemented voice solutions on Nortel, Cisco, Shore Tel, as well as AT&T's hosted solutions. She is also well-versed in Software Defined Networking, Security, and Data Applications. Her customers have been from every business sector; including Medical, Manufacturing, Financial, Retail, Transportation, Restaurants, and Entertainment. She's an expert in her field and has always been dedicated to providing the best service to our clients! In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, playing with her dogs Bella and Bunker, and visiting her second home in Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
