I think this is cool...tag someone if you think it applies to them.
Who do know that would like to be inside of a home that was just purchased...within 3 to 4 weeks after they close; with a greeting card?
I'm not looking for too many companies to test this with, I have something really special because I need to collect data for the second half of this year...I want a data and Killer Testimonial if appropriate.
EXAMPLE:
1. KITCHEN & BATH remodeling contractor: "Congratulations on your new home! Welcome to.......I'm your local contractor that specializes in Kitchen & Bath renovations. In the event you are looking to upgrade, I'd love the opportunity to give you a free estimate.
2. POOL Company: We can filter out homes that have a pool as well only send to only single family homes. Can even send one card to homes that already have a pool to promote pool cleaning, vs installing a pool in the backyard for homes that don't have a pool.
3. Home Warranty Company: Share that there is still an opportunity to cover their home...nice personal invitation to learn more...maybe a QR code.
4. Car Dealership: Interested in giving away a free car wash, a car detail, or your first oil change is on us. We can filter on the price point of the home....above a certain price point send a card from XYZ Brand.
5. Landscapers, Painters, Roofers, Home Security, ect..
6. Local Gyms, Nail Salon, Plastic Surgery, Dentists.
7. Even a local restaurant, ice cream parlor
