Think of AI as an employee, not your consultant.
Your confidence is yours. It was never supposed to come from AI.
I know how easy it is to open a chat box when you're second-guessing yourself, wondering if your idea is good enough, if your words sound right, if you're making the right call. And AI will give you an answer every single time.
But here's the thing: that answer isn't coming from your experience. Your instincts. Your understanding of the people you serve. It's coming from a machine that doesn't know your story.
Your confidence has to come from YOU! Your perspective, your expertise, the things only you can bring to the table. No algorithm can replicate that.
AI is an incredible tool. It's okay to let it do the heavy lifting on the things that drain your time and energy. But think of it like an employee, not a consultant. Give it "job descriptions" or parameters.
β A consultant tells you what to do. You defer to them.
β An employee executes your vision. You direct them.
When you treat AI like a consultant, you slowly start handing over the decisions that are supposed to be yours. And that's where confidence goes quiet.
You are still the one with the vision, the strategy, and the voice. AI just helps you move faster.
Don't let a tool become the thing you trust more than yourself.
