Originally conceived for an industrial, Buckeye-themed rental network, this cabin prototype utilizes a hybrid panelized and modular system. Its courtyard layout creates a private sanctuary for social spaces—even on multi-unit sites—while intentionally directing all views toward the landscape. By blending panel and module elements, the design minimizes on-site construction, allowing for a light, thoughtful footprint within nature.

King's Church officially moved into their new Lakewood home this weekend! The new entry and worship areas are bright and welcoming, while the classrooms capture natural light while maintaining privacy. It was a pleasure working with the King’s staff and the TCGPrete construction team to bring the design to life.

There are no predetermined outcomes to be placed on a shelf, only play…. then more play.

Block Play makes design accessible through simple slide connectors which are easily reconfigured to explore possibilities without constraints or expectations. With custom packaging finally here, Block Play is ready to hit the shelves in time for the holidays. The collection includes the Playhouse Set, Nature Set, and a Tree with Large Base to build on and around.

We are really passionate about using prefabricated construction to make housing more affordable. This week our first panelized prefab single-family home was approved by the South Euclid Architectural Review Board, and we're thrilled to keep pushing innovative building methods forward to make new construction accessible.

With added character and a playful spirit, it will become a joyful asset for students, educators, and visitors alike.

The renovation of former classroom spaces into the new social hub of a school comes with many challenges, which can become transformational opportunities to inject playfulness into space. Our vision for a new Library, Maker Space, and Computer Lab carves out much needed space with a wall of North-facing glass looking onto a green courtyard making nature the backdrop.

Our Montessori work continues exploring texture and color within space balanced with functional needs and the emphasis on connecting students to nature. Every building needs a communal heart, and this space is it. Without ambition spaces fail to uplift our spirits. We look forward to seeing the impact of adding this space to the Montessori school campus.

Designing learning environments for young children is a thoughtful process full of intention and purpose. Our vision for new classroom spaces includes creating a strong connection to nature while incorporating elements of playfulness and variety.

This concept for a Montessori school expansion supports student-centered learning and adaptable environments allowing teachers and students to customize space. We thrive working on projects like this which challenge notions of existing spaces, provide flexibility for the unknown, and inject color or texture to create inspiring spaces.
