2025 Airplane Manager Operator Conference

We’re excited to introduce our first Airplane Manager Operator Conference this March 13th and 14th in Las Vegas, NV. This conference will be designed to educate and connect our customers to help better improve usability of the software and integrations. As the dates move closer to the conference, we will be announcing a list of industry partners who will also attend to better help our customers with integration questions.

Date: March 13th & 14th 2025
Time: March 13th 6pm to 9pm reception (The Future of Airplane Manager)
March 14th 9am to 3pm educational breakout sessions
Topics: Corporate (part 91) scheduling, trip requests, international features, pilot features, maintenance, and accounting. (These sessions will rotate so that the customer may attend several sessions)

Dress Code: Business Casual
Food & Beverage: Airplane Manager will be providing food & beverages

Last night I and the AirplaneManager team lost one of our own. Shawna Baca 1970 - 2024 RIP. She was an important part of our system and also our strongest supporter. Shawna was creative, bright, smart, focused, and beautiful. There are not enough words to express my sadness as I also lost my love and most of all my best friend. I will always love you, Shawna!
