A contractor called me a while back.

He was frustrated because the phone was not ringing enough.

His solution was simple.

“I just need more leads.”

So we walked through his business together.

When I first started my business, it looked nothing like a system.

It was chaos.

One week I would land a client.
The next week… nothing.

Some months were great.

A few months ago I got a call from one of my clients, Robb.

Robb runs a solid home service business and we had been helping him tighten up some of his marketing systems.

Nothing fancy.

Just doing good work and helping his company grow.
