I haven't opened Clay in weeks.
I'm not running cold email out of Make.com.
I'm not running it out of n8n either.
Everything lives inside a single Claude Code project.
One terminal.
One workspace.
One AI teammate.
Sounds crazy until you see it working.
I can literally tell Claude:
→ Build a cold email strategy for this offer.
→ Write a 4-email sequence.
→ Create A/B tests.
→ Verify leads.
→ Deploy the campaign to Instantly or Bison.
And it just... does it.
The breakthrough wasn't Claude Code.
It was the Skills.
A Skill is a focused file that teaches Claude exactly how I perform a specific job.
Instead of prompting from scratch every time, Claude follows my process.
When I say:
"Build a cold email strategy"
it launches my Strategy Skill.
When I say:
"Deploy this campaign"
it launches my Campaign Deploy Skill.
I've now built 7 skills that run almost my entire cold email operation:
✅ Inbox Insiders
Buys domains, sets up mailboxes, warms them, and uploads them.
✅ Email Verification
Cleans lead lists and protects deliverability.
✅ Cold Email Strategy
ICP research, positioning, messaging angles, and offer development.
✅ Cold Email Copywriting
4-email sequences with spintax and deliverability-safe formatting.
✅ Cold Email A/B Testing
Creates variants and analyzes winners correctly.
✅ Cold Email Campaign Deploy
Pushes campaigns to Instantly or Bison with a 9-step preflight checklist.
✅ Cold Email Quickstart
Chains everything together from idea to launch.
One workflow.
One conversation.
One terminal.
The scary part?
The bottleneck used to be:
"Do I have time to launch this campaign?"
Now it's:
"Do I have the right skills installed?"
I've been shipping these skills to my Lead Gen Insiders members as I build them for my own campaigns.
Started with 4.
Now there are 7.
More are coming.
To show you what this looks like, I'm giving away my Cold Email Strategy Skill.
Comment or DM:
🔥 SKILL
and I'll send it over.
Drop it into Claude Code.
Tell Claude to build a cold email strategy for your offer.
Then watch what happens.
