So how do we fix it?
Not by giving you another job.
Because if the problem is that you’re already personally filling in all the gaps your website leaves behind, I’m not particularly interested in handing you a website project that also requires you to become the strategist, copywriter, creative director and person making 700 tiny decisions about what goes where.
You know your business. You know your clients. You know the work, the reputation you’ve built around it, what’s changed over the years and all the things that make what you do distinctly yours.
I need all of that from you.
But figuring out how to translate it into a website that actually carries its share of the business?
That’s my job.
It’s a big part of why I built ARRIVAL around Creative Direction -- you give me access to the business and the truth of what’s happening inside it, and I take responsibility for turning that into the strategy, messaging, copy, structure, creative direction, design and website itself.
Which means instead of you deciding what the homepage needs to say, how the offers should be structured, which pieces of your expertise matter most, where the proof belongs, what someone needs to understand before they inquire, or whether the button should say this or that...
I make those decisions.
Not without you. But without making you responsible for all of them.

It carries the same level of thought, personality and care into the online experience that you already bring to the actual one.
