Applicants for this role must possess a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. To be considered the ideal candidate, they should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in writing clean, scalable code using C # with the .NET framework. This position involves various tasks such as designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing software systems and applications. Additionally, the candidate must have a thorough understanding of complex databases and be able to design and maintain them using MS SQL Server 2019. This includes proficiency in writing PL/SQL code, stored procedures, and user-defined functions. Troubleshooting skills across different tiers (application, database, server) are essential for this role, as well as the ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities. Proficiency in implementing automation through the use of jobs, shell scripts, or other techniques, is preferred. The ideal candidate must also be familiar with Agile processes and be able to support short and long-term planning, provide cross-functional support, and demonstrate working software. Experience with Azure Web Apps and AWS Cloud is a plus. Additionally, the candidate must have DevOps experience, specifically with CI/CD implementation and build/deployment tools (TFS and/or Azure DevOps). Lastly, the ability to conduct research and address security vulnerabilities is required.
