- Container homes have always been fun project to play with, but I have yet to see one permitted in the City of Los Angeles.

Maybe I'll look into the Zoning and Building requirements this month. In the mean time, you might need to keep your enthusiasm for these contained. =)

- I'm really excited to ask for your help for our December Burrito Project. Along with our usual 1,000 burritos & 1,000 bottles of water, with YOUR HELP, we hope to raise enough money to make, purchase and distribute 1,000 fleece blankets during the chilly December & January weather.

- I'm very excited to announce that as of this month (June 2017) you can now visit the Rhythm Room located in the basement of the Hayward Hotel on 6th & Spring.

This was a great project to be connected with and I am happy to be part of the Rhythm Room LA TEAM. They have put their heart and soul into this project and I hope the Rhythm Room becomes your new favorite place to hang out in Downtown LA.

If you like board games, pool, ping pong, shuffle board, foosball, darts and/or live music, this may be the perfect spot for you.

- I love HAPPY clients. Today, I presented a project at Los Angeles City Hall for the expansion and remodeling of an existing restaurant in Echo Park. The Conditional Use was APPROVED for increased seating, a new bar and a full liquor license. Cheers! =)
