Lately there has been been an increase rate of computer infections using the Frostwire sharing application, we'd like to offer you a safety tip, when downloading files from sharing applications such as Frostwire, make sure the music you're downloading from there does not ends with a ".exe" extension.

For example if you are looking for the song "dream on", make sure that when you download it on any free sharing application, that you are downloading "Dream on.mp3" and not "Dream on.exe" if you do download the ".exe" files, 99.9% chances are you are giving a potential virus a welcoming invitation to your computer and ad-ware will surely follow up, rendering your computer slow and eventually making it impossible to even surf the internet.

If you already are experience those problems, get a free antivirus, and do a full computer scan of your C: drive, you can always Google for those programs.
