On September 28, 2022, 3D's home office in Cape Coral, FL took a direct hit from Hurricane Ian, which made landfall about 15 miles to the west of our office. Ian packed 150 mph winds and deadly storm surge. While our offices remain intact and undamaged, we are one of the 700,000+ currently without electricity in Florida, and 270,000+ in our town of Cape Coral who remain in the dark and without internet. Due to extensive damage to infrastructure, it is unknown at this time when power will be restored.
Employees are safe, although some still remain without power or water in their homes. We've been personally impacted by the storm, and have friends and family who have lost everything, but we count ourselves lucky. We all have our lives, and we appreciate those who have reached out with concern for our 3D family.
We understand that we have customers who are currently unable to activate. Our initial contingency plan to address a situation like this has hit a snag, and we are moving on to plan B. We hope to have activation back up again soon, but we are currently unable to provide installers to people in need. Our existing users will need to rely on the installers that they hopefully have archived as we've suggested in the past, and those seeking to purchase will have to bear with us. We are hopeful that we will be among the 95% that they are assuring will have power restored by Sunday, October 9th.

We will provide more information as it becomes available, and we hope to be back at full speed soon. We appreciate your patience, and your concern and good wishes.
