Join our growing team! We are looking for experienced, dependable individuals to join our in-house directional drill crew specializing in underground utility installation.

Positions Available:

-Directional Drill Operator

-Locator

-Laborers

Responsibilities:
Install underground utilities using horizontal directional drilling

Read and follow utility locates and project plans
Operate and maintain drilling equipment safely
Work as part of a professional, safety-focused team

Qualifications:
Experience with underground utility installation preferred
Knowledge of equipment and locating systems is a plus
Valid driver's license (CDL if applicable)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety

Work will involve setting vaults and placing flower pots and doing tie ins while working behind a directional drilling crew.

Requirements:
• Operator must have experience running a mini excavator
• Laborer experience preferred, but not required
