Getting the Wi-Fi working is one thing. Making sure it works throughout an entire hotel is another.

This hotel already had its network and wireless equipment installed, but they were experiencing Wi-Fi issues and needed help getting everything back up and running properly.

After troubleshooting and resolving the issues with the existing system, we went floor by floor and room by room testing the Wi-Fi to verify connectivity and coverage throughout the hotel.

With hospitality Wi-Fi, testing at the equipment isn’t enough. What matters is the experience where the guests are actually using it.

Troubleshoot. Resolve. Then verify.

Sometimes the device doesn’t need to survive. The data does.

This Microsoft Surface came into our shop with liquid damage and a screen so badly broken that we were honestly surprised it was still attached.

At this point, repairing the Surface wasn’t the priority. Recovering the customer’s data was.

We worked through the damage and were able to successfully recover the data from the device.

Computers can be replaced. Photos, documents, business files, and other important data sometimes can’t.

Blanketing an entire two-story church in Wi-Fi takes a little more than a few access points.

For this project, we designed and installed Wi-Fi coverage throughout the church, including the sanctuary, offices, common areas, classrooms, and gym.

The gym presented its own challenge: extremely high ceilings and plenty of flying objects.

We brought in a lift to get the access point where it needed to be and intentionally positioned it high and out of the way to help protect it from basketballs and anything else that might be headed in its direction.

Good Wi-Fi isn’t just about installing access points. **Where you put them matters.** Coverage, building construction, ceiling height, interference, and how each space is actually used all play a part.

From the first floor to the second floor and all the way out into the gym, the goal was simple: Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the entire facility.

Sometimes you don’t get to start with a clean slate.

We came into this network cabinet with existing equipment, existing cabling, and quite a bit to untangle. Rather than replacing everything, we worked with what was already onsite and cleaned it up as much as possible.

We reorganized the equipment, cleaned up the cabling, improved cable management, and turned a pretty chaotic cabinet into something much cleaner and easier to work with.

Is it a brand-new rack with all-new equipment? Nope.

But it’s a whole lot better than where it started.

A clean network cabinet isn’t just about looks. It makes troubleshooting, maintenance, and future upgrades considerably easier.

A clubhouse like this deserves more than just good Wi-Fi.

We had the opportunity to handle the technology throughout this beautiful townhome community clubhouse, bringing everything together into one clean, connected setup.

From the indoor spaces to the outdoor areas, our team installed:

• TVs throughout the clubhouse
• Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property
• In-ceiling speakers for clean, built-in audio
• Outdoor speakers for the exterior gathering areas
• Wireless access points for reliable coverage

**That ring isn’t a reflection. It’s physically engraved into the platter.**

This hard drive suffered severe rotational media damage caused by the read/write heads contacting the platter surface. What you’re seeing is deep scoring where the heads have actually damaged the magnetic media.

We’ve already completed an initial cleaning of the platter, but there’s still more work ahead. Next, we’ll continue the cleaning process, prepare the platter, and attempt to recover as much readable data as possible.

With physical damage this severe, there are no guarantees. Portions of the magnetic surface may be permanently destroyed, so every step has to be carefully controlled to avoid causing additional damage to the areas that may still contain recoverable data.

This is where data recovery goes far beyond simply connecting a drive and running recovery software.

Sometimes data recovery means going beyond the USB port.

For certain drives, we convert the original USB interface to SATA, which can mean installing a new connector and reverse engineering the drive’s PCB just to establish better communication with the drive.

It’s a lot of work just to get to the starting line, but sometimes that’s what it takes to get the data back.
