Internet acting up? Before you call, try restarting your Wi-Fi router first.

Unplug the power cord, wait 60 seconds, plug it back in, then give it a few minutes to reconnect. A quick restart can clear temporary connection issues and get things moving again.

One important note: don’t press the RESET button unless our team tells you to. Restarting and resetting are not the same thing.
