📱✨ Spent some holiday downtime building my own custom Home Control Dashboard on a donated HP x360 tablet! I couldn’t find a dashboard I actually liked, so I went fully custom. Built with React + Node for Hubitat, plus custom Hubitat development that made it possible to use a Google Assistant relay server to control cheap “Works with Google” wireless devices. Real-time environment, weather, climate, and device insights in a big touch-friendly command center. Still a work in progress — but it’s live on my GitHub. 🔥

💼 Running a small business often means your tools slowly turn into a mess. Your processes that worked before do not scale.

At first it’s fine — a spreadsheet here 📄, a manual check there 👀.
Then one day you realize your time is being taken by all of the processes that worked before your business grew:

📊 Numbers don’t match depending on where you look
🧠 Only one person knows how a process actually works
🧯 Someone has to “keep an eye on things” so nothing breaks

I added a Flipper Zero to my toolkit — opening the door (literally) to sub-GHz RF awareness.
