They find used golf balls, wash them and sell them in bundles for local pickup here in Manhattan. So the site is built around exactly that: pick a bundle, come grab it. No shipping menus nobody needs.

The secret to more reviews is boring. Ask.

BrightLocal's 2026 survey of US consumers found 83% of people who were asked to leave a review went on to write one.

The hard part is remembering. You mean to, then the next customer walks in. So after each job, a friendly text goes out on its own with a link to your Google page. Nobody has to keep a sticky note.

Zocdoc's 2023 booking data showed 48% of its medical and dental appointments were booked between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m.

That's people finally remembering, phone in hand. If your only option is call during business hours, they forget again by morning.

Let them pick a time online, whenever. A reminder text goes out before the visit on its own. You sleep through all of it.

The most useful AI in a small shop isn't a robot. It's a first draft.

In the Federal Reserve's 2025 small business survey, writing or marketing was the top use among firms using AI, named by 83% of them.

Makes sense. Ask it for a friendly note that you're closed Monday and you get something decent in seconds. Fix two words, hit send.

Your callback is probably going straight to voicemail.

Pew Research asked US adults in 2020, and only 19% said they generally answer calls from numbers they don't know. That's you, calling back after the job's done.

So we'd bet on a text. When a call goes unanswered, one goes back on its own within seconds: sorry we missed you, what can we help with? They reply when their hands are free.

The phone still rings at the worst moment. It just stops costing you.

We’ve been building some really cool projects lately so I figured our first post may as well start showing some of them off!

This client wanted just a simple website with online ordering for her new homemade dog treat business Ace’s Barkery. We delivered exactly that but also custom built an admin portal where she can run and manage everything on her website right from her phone. We built custom branded email order confirmations and owner notifications as well.
