Unfortunately, I do not ship my banners because the shipping costs are too high and it is too difficult to keep them in pristine condition in transit.

The last banner I painted before taking a breakā€¦

and I painted it for the baby that got me started painting banners in the first place for one of his birthday parties!

This one was fun and easy! I just put a piece of wrapping paper behind it, taped/ glued the banner to it, and fringed the wrapping paper. Such a cute and easy added detail!

Also, letā€™s all just ignore the fact that my biggest boy is graduating pre-k in a few monthsā€¦cause Iā€™m gonna cry.

Iā€™m sad to announce that Iā€™m closing down shop (partially and only for a bit).

When I started painting banners, it was for personal reasons. I was looking for some kind of creative outlet while I was postpartum with my babies. I also wanted to make my kids banners for their birthdays! But never in my wildest dreams did I think my little ā€œbusinessā€ was going to take off like it has. It was never even my intention to turn it into a businessā€¦it just kind of blew up in to one! And for that, I am so grateful! šŸ„²

I have to admit, I have the best job in the world. Iā€™m the mom to these three beautiful babies. And painting banners has started pulling away from my mom duties, wife duties, and overall family time. Not to mention Delaney is in her exploring phase and is constantly trying to get into my paints, brushes, and banners.

So as fun as itā€™s been, Iā€™ve come to realize Iā€™m just not in a stage of life that I can dedicate right now to painting banners.

BUT! That doesnā€™t mean Iā€™m closing up shop completely! My favorite part of banner painting has always been the designing process (when I make those mock ups for you on my iPad)! So, if youā€™d like, I can offer you a hand drawn image that you can get printed at Walgreens for fairly cheap with coupon codes! I only charge $10, and I do my drawings at night, so it doesnā€™t take away from time with my babiesā€¦and itā€™s definitely not as messy!

If this is something youā€™re interested in, check out the images below, and let me know if I can design one for you! They print a tad bit smaller (24x36 and will have a glare to it, similar to a photo finish).

If not, no worriesā€¦I completely understand that most people prefer the look of a hand painted banner! If thatā€™s the case, I have someone in the area I can recommend for you if needed. Just let me know!

Iā€™ll be back when my kids are a little bit older and donā€™t need their mama as much. But for now, Iā€™m working over time in that department!

Trying something new!

Sadly, Iā€™ve been so swamped with orders lately that Iā€™ve had to turn down a few here recently. šŸ’” I hate doing that to my customers!

But I wanted to offer a different option that is:
1.) cheaper
2.) and a quicker turn around for you and me!

I hand draw all of my designs on my iPad. So I can make any design for any theme and send you the picture. Then you get it printed at Walgreens as a 24x36 poster for $30 or less depending on the coupon codes at the time.

I charge $10 for my drawings, so youā€™re still supporting my small business! But of course hand painting banners still has my heart and Iā€™m not hanging up that hat completely! Itā€™s just gotten increasingly harder for me to find the time and space to paint with my three little ones at home.

If the hand painted aesthetic is still your thing, reach out and see if I have time in my schedule! If not, I can offer this option to you! But thankfully, we live in an area thatā€™s full of talented banner artists and I fully support you reaching out to them if you prefer something hand painted and I canā€™t fit it in my schedule! šŸ«¶
