LA Lions Rowing runs on CrewLAB club management!

Two years ago, when LMU’s varsity program was cut, the club started from zero. Now it runs a 40-athlete adult rowing program, and this month it opened the boathouse’s first junior program.

Coaches set up the training, lineups and registration flow straight from their phones. When a new person joins, they have already signed their waivers, paid their dues and been added to the right messaging group automatically. That removes hours of admin work and frees up time for growing the club.

Happy to have you on board, LA Lions!

East Bay Rowing Club is now on CrewLAB!

The club will use CrewLAB to manage program setup, fees, registrations, and communication with athletes and families, all in one place.

“We were losing hours when setting up new programs and fees, losing 50% of our youth registrants and spending too much time helping current members troubleshoot problems within our previous platform,” the club shared.

Welcome, East Bay Rowing Club!

Part one of Think Bigger covered mission, vision, values, and how to grow as a leader. It set the foundation, but a vision alone doesn’t run a club.

Part two will be all about: setting up your data, your processes, your priorities, and how to actually measure growth.

River City Rowing Club is now running on CrewLAB!

Before switching, the club pieced together registration, communication, and roster tools from separate platforms just to cover the basics.

“Consolidating into a single intuitive platform simplified and cut the administrative workload, while improving communication within teams,” the club shared.
