We came across this article and it highlights a message we believe everyone needs to hear right now.

The future of work is not about jobs being replaced. It is about tasks being automated.

Every role is made up of a series of tasks and the real advantage belongs to those who understand which tasks to delegate to AI and which tasks require human decision, creativity, and leadership.

The real question is not “Will AI take my job?” but “What tasks can I elevate, automate, or accelerate through AI so I can focus on higher-value work?”

At RevForce this is exactly what we train.

It is called Human and Agent Teaming.

Operators who know how to leverage AI, not fear it. Systems that keep the human at the center while automating the repetitive and time-draining steps.

🎉 Operator Milestone Unlocked: Congratulations, Sabrina! 🎉

Today, we're beyond excited to announce a major milestone for the RevForce Operator Academy our very first graduate: Sabrina Mozader.

Sabrina’s journey is the embodiment of why we built this program from the ground up. She’s not only a lifelong friend of Jazmin’s, but also living proof that it’s never too late to rewrite your story.

Last fall, after years on different paths, fate brought Jazmin and Sabrina back together on a beach in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Sabrina shared her dream of stepping out of hospitality and into a career where her potential would be truly limitless. She was gearing up to take her insurance exam, but when Jazmin mentioned the launch of our Operator Academy, a new possibility sparked.

At first, Sabrina was hesitant she didn’t consider herself “techy” and doubted she could master a digital profession. We promised to guide her, step by step, and told her what we tell everyone, "If you’ve got the grit and keep showing up, we’ll meet you wherever you are."

Just a few months later, Sabrina crushed milestone after milestone. She earned her Certified Admin Credential from HighLevel, participated in major shadow missions, and even stood in front of a clients at a corporate retreat to share her strategies for SEO and local marketing.

She has networked with agency owners from across the country, connected with the founders of HighLevel, and began building her own playbook for in-person networking now in production for HighLevel University.

But her biggest win came just this past Sunday. Sabrina left behind her waitressing job and landed her first long-term contract as a Full Stack Operator. We were honored to celebrate with her as she received her RevForce Academy certificate a badge she wears with pride.

To Sabrina:
You are proof that with commitment, humility, and the courage to learn, anyone can build a new future regardless of where they start. Your story is now woven into the foundation of RevForce, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish next.

To everyone else reading:
If you see yourself in Sabrina’s journey maybe doubting your own “tech skills” or feeling like you’re starting late, understand that technology has leveled the playing field.
