Some Windows 7 users are reporting that they were updated to Windows 10 without permission and we all know that Microsoft is pushing 10 a lot these days. If you have Windows 7 and want to block the 10 upgrade here is a safe and easy way to do it. Download Never10 from GRC, run and click the "Disable Win10 Upgrade" button. That's it. You can also re-enable the upgrade if you change your mind. Thanks to GRC for providing this easy to use tool.

Please beware of a scam where you receive a phone call or have a pop up on your computer requesting that you call some type of security service claiming to be Microsoft. They are very convincing but this is a scam. They will usually want to remote into your computer to remove "infections" and then charge you a $100 to $300 fee to secure your computer. Never speak to these people no matter how convincing they sound. I assure you that Microsoft or other similar companies will never try to contact you.
