Google's indexing bug was supposedly fixed last Thursday, but now the problems have spread to Google Search Console. The URL Inspection tool is also affected by this bug.

Google will update us once the issue is finally resolved. Until then, to see if your site is indexed on Google, use a "site:" search.

Facebook is doing away with Messenger codes starting August 15, 2019. If you've used Messenger codes on your business cards, etc in the past so people could access your FB chatbots, you may have to consider using QR codes with M.me links as an alternative solution instead.

If you use the Social Welfare Wordpress plugin, tread carefully. They just released a security update 20 min ago that addresses a Zero Day vulnerability. None of my clients use this plugin, but a lot of sites were getting hacked left and right today, even if they had a firewall and security software installed. The update released may fix the issue, but this always a reminder to do frequent backups of your website and do random security checks to make sure everything is in order.
