Where is the bottleneck?

Having problems processing data?

Routers need auto port throttling to handle puntual loads, giving thus priority for puntual events (not balancing the load but giving priority to certain processes).

Same principal applies to processing data across a net of data processing servers.

Same applies to internet traffic.

Data replicating router/servers, such as Prism, put in jeoparde the speed in which data is processing, because it takes time to copy and paste and to store. Edward Snowden would most certainly agree.

Note: Port monitoring activity, as I said before, would give us a clue, pinging the whole trajectory of packets for certain applications. (Note for non IT people: each IP address is divided into 64 thousand ports (ports are used by certain applications, or sets of communication protocols, to establish remote sessions in between application processes).
