The meeting should not start with, “Can everyone hear me?”

Whether your team uses Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, or a mix of platforms, the room experience matters.

Our latest blog covers what to consider when planning meeting room technology that is simple to use, easy to support, and built for the way people actually meet.

Next week, we’re heading to the Arizona Emergency Managers Conference alongside Nanolumens and Legrand to connect with emergency management, public safety, and government leaders.

Nanolumens brings the visualization technology.
Legrand brings the control room furniture.
Level 3 Audiovisual brings the integration that connects it all.

From Emergency Operations Centers to Real-Time Crime Centers, every detail matters when teams are working to see clearly, coordinate quickly, and respond effectively.

If you’ll be attending, stop by and connect with us. We’d love to see you there.

What happens when lecture halls, classrooms, and labs across campus all need to feed one central recording workflow?

For Midwestern University, the goal was to help a growing media resources team manage increasing demand without adding unnecessary complexity.

We helped develop a centralized recording and ingest ecosystem connecting 18 education spaces through dedicated fiber optics, allowing the team to schedule recordings, capture HD video and audio, organize content with metadata, and move finished recordings to their online platform.

A great example of AV infrastructure solving a real operational challenge.

AI does not create great meetings. Great meetings create great AI.

Poor audio. Inconsistent camera coverage. Weak connectivity. Aging infrastructure. Different room standards from one location to the next.

AI does not make those problems disappear. It inherits them.

That is why we believe AI readiness should start with infrastructure, not software.

If you are looking for a practical way to understand what “AI-ready” actually means in the meeting room, we built a complete guide that goes far beyond a surface-level overview. It covers the core infrastructure foundations, the key questions IT leaders should be asking, a maturity model to benchmark your current environment, and a clear roadmap for what to do next.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho!

If you have experience leading crews, coordinating work in the field, and keeping complex AV projects moving, this could be a great next step.

And if Boise isn’t home yet, relocation assistance is available for this position.

This is a priority role for our team, so if you’re interested or know someone who would be a great fit, we’d love to connect.

Three images. Months of collaboration.

It's easy to admire the finished space. What you don't see are the months of planning, engineering, coordination, staging, installation, commissioning, and quality checks that make it possible.

That entire process is guided by our AV9000 quality standards, helping ensure every phase is executed with consistency and every finished space performs the way it was intended to.

And that's the part we enjoy most - months of collaboration coming together in a space that's ready to support the people who will use it every day.

The finished AV system gets the attention. The journey to get there usually doesn't.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the pack-down of a pre-staged rack before it ships to site.

By this point, the rack has already been built, programmed, tested, documented, and validated against AV9000 quality standards in our staging lab. Every connection has been verified, and every system has been fully checked to ensure it’s ready for deployment.

The pack-down process is all about protection and precision, carefully preparing the rack for transport so it arrives on-site in the same condition it left our facility. Every step leading up to this point is designed to reduce installation time, minimize field issues, and support a smoother, more predictable deployment.

It’s a step most people never see, but it plays a key role in delivering consistent results from project to project!

What does it take to modernize 45+ learning spaces without creating more complexity for faculty and IT?

For Pima Community College, the answer wasn't simply adding more technology. It was creating a standardized AV ecosystem that supports classrooms, simulation labs, and collaborative learning spaces while remaining intuitive to use and easy to support.

See how the project came together in our latest case study ➡️ https://na2.hubs.ly/H071D-y0

Who owns your conference room technology when something goes wrong?

IT manages the network. Facilities manages the space. An AV provider supports the system. Yet the issue still gets passed from one team to another while the meeting waits.

When everyone owns part of the room, it is easy for nobody to own the outcome.

Our latest blog explores how organizations can close those gaps with a practical AV governance framework that clarifies:

- How responsibilities should be divided
- Where common handoffs break down
- What should happen after installation
- How to create one clear path for support
- Who owns the complete room experience

Clear ownership does not mean one department does everything. It means one person or team makes sure nothing falls between departments.
