In collaboration with my good friend Annie DeLeon from DeLeon Creative, I present to you one of our vibrant concepts for the historic Waldorf Towers Hotel, an iconic boutique gem located on ocean drive. ⁠

The Waldorf Towers Hotel project was a thrilling endeavor that pushed our creative boundaries, challenging us to deliver excellence in record time...3 days. ⁠

I must admit, it's bittersweet to lay this concept to rest in the Design Graveyard. However, I firmly believe that even in their demise, these designs hold great value, serving as a testament to our unwavering passion, dedication, and ability to think outside the box.⁠

The Key to a productive weeks starts with a Sunday set up. This is 3 things I do every Sunday to make sure I start the work week off right. ⁠

1. A clean and tidy environment can do wonders for your productivity and mental clarity. That's why I dedicate some time every Sunday to declutter and organize my space, whether it's vacuuming, doing laundry, or simply putting things in their place. By starting the week with a clean slate, I can focus on my tasks and goals with a fresh perspective. 🫧🧽⁠

2. To set myself up for success, I focus on writing down specific and realistic goals for the week ahead. By prioritizing the top 3 things I want to accomplish, I can make progress without feeling overwhelmed or disappointed. Remember, small steps can lead to big achievements! ✍🏼⁠

3. Remember that taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it's a necessity. If you neglect your mental and physical health, you're more likely to experience burnout and reduced productivity. That's why it's important to prioritize rest and relaxation on Sundays, whether it's by reading a book, taking a warm bath, practicing yoga or meditation, or any other activity that helps you unwind and recharge. Make self-care a non-negotiable part of your weekly routine and notice how it positively impacts your overall well-being. 💆🏻‍♀️⁠

- Stop creating content just to create content. Next time you make something, ask yourself, “Would people pay for this information?” If no, it is not valuable enough. ⁠

⭐️CREATE OFFERS⁠
- If you don’t have something people can pay for, you don’t make money. Create a service or a digital product that provides more value and actually talk about your offers. ⁠

⭐️LINK IN BIO⁠
- To make money on IG, you have to optimize your link in Bio, and use it. Have a clear call to cation in posts, keep your links simple to access, and redirect to pages that load fast. ⁠

⭐️IT GOES DOWN IN THE DMs⁠
- Communication is at the bedrock of sales and if you are not spending more time in your DMs, you are leaving money on the table. Don’t sell in the DMs, solve problems. ⁠

On this International Women's Day, I'm humbly reminded of a discouraging static that still plagues my industry. 👩🏻‍💻 👩🏾‍💻 👩🏼‍💻 ⁠

According to a recent study by The 3% Movement, only 11% of creative directors in the US are women, despite the fact that women make up the MAJORITY of the industry. This is a problem that needs to be addressed if we want to create a more equitable and inclusive work environment. ⁠
⁠
⁠
One of the biggest challenges facing women in design and advertising is the lack of women in leadership roles. The statistic is even worse when it comes to Latin Women in the industry, with only a mere 2% representation as creative directors. Latin women face additional obstacles such as discrimination, stereotypes, and a lack of access to mentorship and networking opportunities, making it even more challenging for them to break through the glass ceiling. ⁠
