Sometimes the kindest thing I can say is no. 💕
Not because I do not want to help, but because not every business is ready for a marketing agency yet.
If you’re saying things like:
“I don’t have a budget. Can you help me?”
Yes, but probably not through full-service managed marketing yet. You might need to solve sales, cash flow, budgeting, and market fit issues first.
“I want 100 leads a day.”
Maybe one day, but first we need to know if your offer, sales process, and follow-up can actually support that kind of volume.
“This is like a set it and forget it right?”
Definitely not. Marketing works best when it is tested, adjusted, and improved over time in collaboration with clients and their brand.
“What’s the lowest you can go?”
If price is the main deciding factor, you may be better off learning a DIY system first before hiring an agency.
“I don’t have any sales or reviews yet.”
Then your next step could be figuring out if you even like what you're planning on doing and trying something DIY first.
That is actually a big reason I have my Skool group:
Some businesses need a cheaper "done-with-you" path before they are ready for done-for-you.
I teach skits, low-cost ad campaigns, and the kind of marketing foundations that help you grow into the right fit for fractional or managed marketing later.
Not every “no” is rejection. Sometimes it is redirection.
