Kansas City Public Schools Swap 30,000 PCs For Apple Gear!!! Kansas City Public Schools just shared a massive update about its classroom technology. The school district is officially shifting to an all-Apple device lineup for its students. To make this happen, the schools will phase out more than 30,000 older Windows computers and Chromebooks backed by Google. The change means students across different grades will soon use iPads and MacBooks to complete their daily school assignments.

Apple Intelligence will power three new image editing tools coming in macOS 27 and iOS 27.
Per Mark Gurman, these features will be called Extend, Enhance, and Reframe.
1. Extend: “lets users generate additional image content beyond the original frame”
2. Enhance: “uses AI to automatically improve color, lighting and overall image quality”
3. Reframe: “designed primarily for spatial photos…allows users to shift perspective after the shot is taken”

It’s expected that each new feature will utilize the new Gemini-powered version of Apple Foundation Models.

Apple will use AI in macOS 27 to help keep your tabs organized via a new ‘Organize Tabs’ feature.
If your tabs are getting unruly, Safari will reportedly let you hit a new ‘Organize Tabs’ button that can automatically sort your tabs into groups based on common topics.
It won’t be for everyone, but if it works well, the new feature could prove a handy tool for Safari users.

macOS 27 will drop support for these four Mac models:
Last year at WWDC, Apple warned that this transition was coming. It said macOS Tahoe would be the last software version that supports Intel Macs.
That means the company already told us, a year in advance, that macOS 27 will drop support for the following Macs:
MacBook Pro (16‑inch, 2019)
MacBook Pro (13‑inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
iMac (2020)
Mac Pro (2019)
These four Macs are the last Intel models currently supported by macOS Tahoe. But when macOS 27 arrives, they won’t be able to install the new software.
