My new take on a theme as old as Paul Bunyan. Yeah yeah, we're nice and this is an amazing state. Well, maybe we're not so nice and maybe this state is just a state filled with trials and tribulations like any other state!

I've also included my staple MN Nice design, but updated the color for some vintage Timberwolves Green action on a black t-shirt!

And again, I'm sporting some beanies but this year the patch is black with white thread. 2017 edition!

Here's some photos of the display I did the photography for at a trade show in Munich, Germany! I shot the photos at the Fair State Brewing Cooperative production facility in St. Paul for Wild Goose Canning / Meheen Manufacturing. Great project project, a lot of work, but totally worth it and it turned out great!

In this photo we have Jerrod Johnson, Co-Head Brewer of the mighty Surly Brewing Company brewing a collaboration beer with the mighty Steel Toe Brewing. I'm glad I was a part of this awesome day in some way.

Can't wait to try this beer!

Hit up Bad Weather Brewing Company this weekend and try the delicious new Due Date Barley Wine! Bottle and glass designed by GarthMpls

This beer may be a bit over due, but for our Weekend Arcade Party we are releasing our second iteration of DUE DATE. This time it's an English Barley Wine brewed with dates and aged in Port and Brandy Barrels!

Limited quantity of bottles will be available this weekend as well as on tap in the beer trailer and taproom!

Brewed to commemorate Co-Founder Zac and his wife Meaghan’s new baby daughter! English Barleywine brewed with dates and barrel aged in Port and Brandy barrels. Aroma’s of dark date fruit, fig, and raisin. Slight oak on the nose with subtle notes of toffee. Flavors of toffee, caramel, fig, wine, and oak in the background. Slight alcohol warming on the finish. Full bodied that pours deep copper and a light tan head.

Spring is in the air, and I've just been designing and snacking all winter. NOT GOOD!

If you have a gym, or know anyone with a gym, I'd be happy to trade design work for some gym time! I love to take classes and I like being competitive. I can create ads, brochures, email campaigns, web pages, social updates, posters, and merchandise, photos - all that good stuff!

Thanks everyone for buying some GarthMPLS gear yesterday, I was able to raise $163 for the ACLU + I'm donating $25 of my own money. Making it a cool $188. Right on!

WHOAH! I'm up to $100 for the ACLU, that's pretty rad for a little shop like me!

And guess what i found under some shirts!? I found 2 stocking caps! That's crazy, I thought I sold out of these at Christmas time.

Sn**ch these last 2 ear warmers up. I doubt I'll be making more until next fall. SO get it!

Sketching some mummies, wrong season but I had Michelle Brusegaard draw an agate on my arm, and we thought it looked like a mummy. I thought to myself mummies are super cool and I'd like to try and draw some. GarthMPLS mummy shirts? Who knows!?
