With Microsoft ending support on October 14, 2025. What does this mean? Does it mean your computer will stop working on Oct 15? No, it just mean they will no longer be providing update for it or technical support. This means that other software may stop supporting also. The biggest concern is anti-virus. Check with you provider to see.

You can also see if your computer can run Windows 11. Download and run PC Health Check from the Microsoft website. It will show if anything is incompatible in your computer with Windows 11. According to the website it can take up to 24 hours for results to be available. Here is the link for PC Health Check https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/check-if-a-device-meets-windows-11-system-requirements-after-changing-device-hardware-f3bc0aeb-6884-41a1-ab57-88258df6812b This is where I can help you. If you are not comfortable doing this it is something I can do for you. If you are comfortable doing this and it shows you can upgrade then do it or I can do it for you. If it show that your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements, some of the hardware can be upgraded to meet the requirements. This is something I can also do for you.

If it is time for a new computer, I can also help with that. I don't sell computers. Can not compete with prices. Can help you choose the right fit.

Please let me know if I can help.

A Little About My Background
I've been working with computers and technology for nearly 30 years. Before moving to West Virginia, I operated a successful computer business, but when I relocated here, I wasn't able to continue running the business while also providing for my growing family. Sometimes life takes us in different directions than we planned.

Even though I stepped away from the business side, I never stopped working with computers. For the past 25 years, I've continued doing repairs, upgrades, and consulting on computer purchases for friends, family, and neighbors throughout the area.

Now that I'm retired, I'm excited to revitalize my business and bring those same services to the broader community. Whether you're looking to upgrade your current system or purchase a new computer but aren't sure where to start or what to buy, I'm here to help.

If you have questions about computer purchases, need repair work, or want to discuss upgrading your current setup, please feel free to reach out. Simply email me with an idea of what you're looking to accomplish, and I'll get back to you with my contact information and how we can move forward.

Thanks for reading and look forward to hearing from you,
Bob
