I'm excited to share that I've completed LinkedIn Learning's Project Management: Technical Projects course and have earned a new certificate!🏅

This course expanded my understanding of managing technical initiatives through Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches while exploring topics such as change management, risk mitigation, vendor coordination, testing strategies, AI integration, and delivering reliable solutions for users around the world.

As technology continues to evolve, I'm committed to building the skills needed to successfully lead projects, improve processes, and deliver meaningful results. Looking forward to applying these insights to future projects and continuing my professional development.😊
