🟢During the workshop, you'll be led through a process to set achievable health goals to work on into the new year. You will explore the Duke Wheel of Health and complete a self assessment that you keep. Assess where you are now and where you want to be with physical activity, rest, nutrition, lifestyle and more. At the end of class, we will bring together a vision board that illuminates and motivates you to take those next steps.🔵

The Active Older Adults program at the YMCA of Frederick County presents:
🩸Menopause: What Happens During and Beyond!🩸

⚕️Dr. Kimberly Turner is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 30 years of experience and a leading voice in menopause and midlife women's health. She focuses on menopause and post menopause, addressing key questions around symptom management, hormone and non-hormone options, and what to expect as the body transitions over time.⚕️

If you need or want some more education about menopause, this educational class might be for you. We have 2 different date options for you along with the option of going to our Downtown Frederick or Urbana (Natelli) location!
