It’s exactly like becoming a new parent (all over again.)

On September 12th we gave birth to Team Wakabayashi.

This week the business started to scale.

We have 3 unique teams of 15 amazingly, integrated and talented people, totaling 45 teammates.

They are growing 9 wonderful clients.

Each team has strong leadership and amazing specialists.

It’s fascinating to watch the leaders divide the talent and workloads.

The way they adapt to each day and business challenge with a dynamic range of timezone and resources makes me realize more than every that the global business landscape is definitely different now.

Now that team one and team two are now full self sufficient and autonomous….

Team 3 will start breaking away on Monday to begin taking our flagship services to market with our global partners.

I’ve never seen or heard of any company anywhere in the world doing what we’re doing and excited to unveil our new little addition to the global business landscape at the Canadian CXS event in November.

(I guess you could call it our launch party or better yet..birthday party)
