We’re opening early access to a small group of cleaning companies to help shape CleanOps before launch.
Low Cost. No contracts. Just honest feedback from owners who actually do the work.

CleanOps exists because we were tired of cleaning all day and doing admin work at night.
Text message “proof” isn’t professional.
Clipboards get lost.
Schedule Mix Ups
Reporting eats up hours.
We’re building what we wish we had years ago.

Most commercial cleaning contracts don’t end because the floors weren’t cleaned.
They end because of:
Miscommunication
Missed expectations
Clients not seeing the work being done
Small issues going unaddressed until they become big ones
From market research and real-world experience, the healthiest cleaning-client relationships usually have three things in common:
1️⃣ Clear proof of work
Clients want confidence. Before/after photos, simple reports, or documented walkthroughs go a long way in reducing complaints and “Are you sure this got done?” conversations.
2️⃣ Consistent communication (not constant)
Weekly or post-service touchpoints matter more than constant texts. Clients want to know what was done — not chase updates.
3️⃣ Fast response to small issues
Most lost accounts start with a small concern that didn’t feel urgent at the time. The companies with the highest retention catch issues early and follow up quickly.
Strong relationships aren’t built on perfection — they’re built on visibility, consistency, and trust.
Curious how other owner-operators handle this with their clients.
What’s helped you keep long-term commercial accounts?

Owner-operators:
What’s the most annoying part of running your cleaning business after the cleaning is done?
Paperwork?
Proof of work?
Client complaints?
Client Relationships?
Curious to hear what everyone struggles with most.

👋 Hey everyone — we’re CleanOps.
We’re building a tool specifically for cleaning business owner-operators to help with proof of work, time tracking, and reporting.
This is early access and still being shaped with real owner feedback.
If you run a cleaning business and want to help influence how this is built, we’d love your input.
