Whether it’s proposals, baby announcements, or a time to get bach sh*t crazy, you’re probably flooded with ideas and online inspiration. But how to do them without losing your mind and all of your savings account?! Here’s some hot tips to make fun experiences even more memorable!
💜We LOVE a theme: That means you may need to do research on things you don’t even normally know about. You’ll be amazed too how much you can find just on social media apps alone. Chances are things have been done before, but you can always add your own flair! 💁🏻♀️
💜 Buy wholesale / in bulk when applicable: This will help so much long term for bigger events, even if it’s as silly as white paper bags. I promise you will use them again. You can also check out online print sources that sell blanks of things so you can personalize at home any way you please!
💜 Cricuts are amazing: And no I’m not referring to the lucky bug, but the at home die cutter. This can be used for adding vinyl on bags, cups, or even create your own iron on decals! Need words on a sign but you want it perfect? A Cricut can help with just that. Always check for online deals as they do go on sale from time to time, but hopefully you know someone who may have one too!
💜 Print at home: Even if you don’t have some fancy die cutter, you can print labels for literally everything and sticker them on yourself. The recovery bags were cut by hand and had a corner puncher to make it a cuter shape.
💜 REPURPOSE: If you already have things, why not work with them? This Lover sign is the back of different sign I had created. It was painted with acrylic paint and layered with cut letters and foil butterflies. Whatever those extra things you have, work with it and you’ll be amazed at what you can create!
