My most-saved pin on here is a logo that never went to market.
The greyhound. It was one of a few directions I made for Winston & Co, gold foil on dog treat pouches, a hound that looks like old money. Still one of my favourite projects I've ever done. The client picked a different route, the right one for them, and the brand came out beautiful.
This concept didn't make the cut. It still out-saves everything I've actually launched. I find that very funny.
Now look at the rest of the grid. Beachy tile on a kraft pet bag. An olive soap bar that looks carved from stone. A makerspace folded out of colour. None of it looks like it came from the same studio.
That's what happens when you design with strategy and not force your own style onto everything. I don't have a look I bring to your brand. I have a process. The strategy tells me what your business needs, and I build that. Your packaging should look like you, not like my portfolio.
I wasn't hired to paint the Sistine Chapel. I was hired to make a business impossible to walk past on a shelf.
One client at a time. If you've got a great product stuck in a forgettable identity, that's the job. studiostoked.com
