As we grow older, we find t hard to keep up with regular, intense exercise. We're so occupied with so many other things that we tend to neglect it. But here’s the truth - irrespective of age, we need to continue exercising.
With age, we need to choose the type of exercise that our bodies can handle. It’s not essential to hit the gym and get going with hardcore cardio every day.
Instead, you can look for different ways to work out - such as walks, swimming, dancing, hiking, yoga - whatever you love doing! Workouts should never be something tedious and tiring - instead, they should be something you look forward to every day, something that energizes you and leaves you with happy hormones post your workout sessions.
