This year at Amber Trip, a long-standing, family-driven international Baltic amber exhibition, tradition met technology.
Amber Trip brings together wholesalers, retailers, galleries, and distributors from across Europe and beyond. As we discussed with the organiser, attracting the right B2B audience requires more than just sending invitations - it requires real engagement.
Together, we launched a structured AI outreach campaign. Across two stages, this meant:
• 6,077 contact actions
• 2,105 real conversations with B2B buyers
• 3,613 follow-up SMS messages to ensure the message reached buyers beyond the first call
Not long after launch, return calls started coming in. Conversations that had previously gone quiet were suddenly active again - and for a B2B exhibition, that kind of response means a lot.
