While you are using your phone yo see that the battery starts draining faster and faster every minute until all of a sudden it turns off. You charge it thinking you forgot to charge it last night and somehow it charges to 80% in 10 minutes. Taking it off charger it immediately drops to 60% and goes down faster and faster. If you ever see yourself in this same situation like our loyal customer here, feel free to come by any time and we would love to help you out. After coming in the store and doing some diagnostics we were able to deduce a battery replacement would be the best option. Twenty minutes later we were able to get the phone back up and running like nothing ever happened and the customer was overjoyed.
