Earlier this year, we launched a new website experience for our longtime collaborators , revamping their digital presence for both desktop and mobile. With articles dating back to the 1980s, BOMB’s archive is a treasure trove of captivating interviews between artists. We aimed to evolve the site into a design system that showcases this rich content while serving readers’ needs.

To achieve this, we embarked on a journey to enhance the site’s navigational ease. We meticulously structured the content, focusing on establishing a clear hierarchy and incorporating relevant topic tags. This careful categorization was pivotal in guiding users effortlessly from one article to the next, ensuring a continuous and immersive reading experience. Our approach was rooted in the belief that the website itself should inspire visitors, both through its content and as an experiential platform.

One final look at this project….

New York Junior Tennis & Learning () is the largest nonprofit provider of youth tennis and education programs in the nation. Since its founding in 1971, NYJTL has reached an impressive 85,000 under-resourced youth year-round, providing opportunities for growth and development at more than 100 sites across all five NYC boroughs, and all at no charge to the participants.

For their momentous 50th Anniversary celebration, NYJTL aimed for a sophisticated and elevated look that matched the high level of support required for ticket sales and the prestigious venue, the Ziegfeld Theatre. We were honored to be a part of bringing this vision to life.

To create a signature suite that truly captured the essence of the occasion, we sourced Lockwood Green paper from as the backdrop. Embossing and foil touches were added to achieve a luxurious effect, paying tribute to the rich legacy that all the attendees had gathered to honor.

Here’s to NYJTL, for 50 years of dedication and empowering youth through the power of tennis and education. Here's to many more years of making a difference.

In collaboration with the Community League of the Heights (), urban planners, design strategists, and architects, we joined forces to revitalize the historic neighborhood of Washington Heights. This project was a part of the ongoing Neighborhoods Now initiative that was organized by and and supported by . Our joint efforts involved working with seven interdisciplinary teams to enliven public spaces, offer technical assistance to small businesses, and strengthen cultural activities in the area.

Our main objective was to create a new identity for the neighborhood that would be embraced and owned by the community. We organized a visioning session to listen to the residents' opinions and ideas about the neighborhood and the plaza. With their feedback, we developed a messaging and branding strategy that would unify the local businesses and showcase the diversity of Washington Heights with genuine respect.

We teamed up with the Community League of the Heights (), urban planners, design strategists, and architects to breathe new life into the historic neighborhood of Washington Heights. As part of the ongoing Neighborhoods Now initiative organized by and and funded by , we collaborated with seven interdisciplinary teams to enliven public spaces, provide technical support to small businesses, and strengthen cultural activities.

Our goal was to create a look and feel that the community could embrace and call their own. We held a visioning session with community members to hear their thoughts and feelings about the neighborhood and their vision for the plaza. With their feedback in mind, we developed a messaging and brand strategy that would unify the businesses and tell the story of Washington Heights with sincerity and respect for its diversity.
