Shine team is currently looking for an E-Commerce Sales Associate.
This position is a great foot in the door to learning all aspects of ecommerce business. You will have an opportunity to gain experience that will be crucial for a career in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Add product listings
- Upload product photos
- Manage inbound orders generated from our online platforms
- Check orders for successful payment processing
- Provide information and help guide customers effectively
- Act as a liaison between the eCommerce team and warehouse staff to ensure shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- General understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Time management
- Basic listing experience preferred
- Willing to learn new skills
Job type: Full-time with benefits (Medical, dental and vision insurance) and Paid time off
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hour shift)
Pay: $20-22/hr
