Delivery or refund issues with IKEA? Join the Group Complaint

One of our users bought mattresses from Ikea but the delivery got canceled multiple times without any reasons provided. It’s been weeks and the product has not been delivered yet.

Jesse Davis, the user who faced this issue with IKEA, says

“I did a quick search and noticed there are many other IKEA customers who’ve suffered similar problems, specifically with their home-delivery service. People love IKEA and would prefer shopping there but the standard of the customer service is not acceptable. I feel we deserve better treatment as paying customers and we should do something about it. Maybe IKEA will listen to us and respond if we join forces and send a message together.”

IKEA order missing but no response from support?

This is a recent complaint on No No No. One of our users Jesse Davis says that he bought mattresses from Ikea but the delivery got canceled multiple times without any reasons provided.
